RELEASE AND AUTHORIZATION

I hereby grant permission and authority to BUILD PILIPINAS and its representatives to take photographs, videos, or recordings of me during the LUNDAG SILAKBO EVENT on JANUARY 14, 2024.

By agreeing to this waiver, I further grant BUILD PILIPINAS and its representatives the right to reproduce, use, exhibit, display, broadcast, distribute, and create derivative works of these images and recordings in any type of media, along with my name, for promoting, publicizing, or explaining BUILD PILIPINAS and its activities, and for administrative, educational, or research purposes. I acknowledge that BUILD PILIPINAS owns all rights to the images and recordings.

Waiver, Indemnity, and Release

I understand and agree to waive any right to inspect or approve the use of the images or recordings or any written copy. I also waive all moral rights and any right to royalties or other compensation related to the use of the images, recordings, or materials.

I release, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BUILD PILIPINAS, its officers, board members, employees, representatives or assigns from any claims, damages, or liability arising from or related to the use of the images, recordings, or materials. This includes, but not limited to, claims of defamation, invasion of privacy, or rights of publicity or copyright infringement, or any misuse, distortion, blurring, alteration, optical illusion, or use in composite form that may occur in the production of the finished product, its publication, or distribution.

I confirm that I am 18 years of age or older, competent to contract in my own name, and have read and fully understood the contents, meaning, and impact of this consent, waiver, indemnity, and release. This agreement is binding on me, my heirs, and representatives.
