By agreeing to our privacy and data privacy policy, you consent to the processing of your personal data and allow us to contact you. You also grant permission to BUILD Pilipinas and its representatives to capture photos, videos, or recordings of you, royalty free, during the LUNDAG SILAKBO EVENT on January 14, 2024.

Accident Waiver and Release Liability​

I hereby release and forever discharge and agree to hold harmless Build Pilipinas and La Salle Green Hills, their officials, board members, employees, representatives or assigns and the event sponsors and organizers from any and all injuries (including personal injury, disability, dismemberment, and death), illness, losses, damages, claims, liabilities, or expenses of any kind or nature accruing to me, my heirs or my representatives that are caused or alleged to be caused, in whole or in part, by my action, fault, omission, failure to act, or by my breach or alleged breach of this waiver and release, or by the condition of the property, facilities, or equipment of any released party or that arise out of or in connection with my participation in the Lundag Silakbo Event on 14 January 2024.

This Accident Waiver and Release of Liability shall be construed broadly to provide a release and waiver to the maximum extent permissible under applicable laws.

I confirm that I am 18 years of age or older, competent to contract in my own name, and have read and fully understood the contents, meaning, and impact of this waiver and release form. This agreement is binding on me, my heirs, and representatives.
